Katherine Heigl opens up to the world regarding her "white bubble childhood" and how it's influenced how she raises the children of her adoptive parents who are multiracial. In an interview with her, Katherine Heigl said recent interview that, with regards to skin color, it doesn't really matter. But after speaking to her sister who is adopted in South Korea she realized just the way society views them. "I inquired of Meg whether she felt treated differently when she went out with us parents than when she went out alone. Meg replied, "Oh yeah, always!" Heigl told parents: "That was when I realized that my naivety had caused me to feel." Heigl admitted she became frustrated and thought it was important to focus her anger towards helping her adopted daughters. Heigl is the mother of a 4-year-old son and a 13-year-old wife, Josh Kelley. Their daughter was adopted by them Nancy Leigh, 12, from South Korea in 2009 and Adalaide 8 years old, who is Black and was adopted in 2012.
